What you need
Your Steam account login — the login itself, not the display name and not the email. No password required.
Where to find the login
Steam client → account menu in the top right: it says "Logged in as <login>". In a browser the login is visible in account settings.
Step by step
- Open "Steam top-up" in the bot.
- Enter the account login.
- Set the amount.
- Pay by card, SBP, crypto or from your balance.
- Wait for confirmation — the funds usually arrive within a few minutes.
Why not just pay by card
Steam does not accept Russian bank cards. We route the top-up through a supplier in the right region, so all we need is the login.
If the money does not arrive
Check the wallet in the Steam client (Account → Details). If there is no balance after 15 minutes, message support with the order number and we will check the status with the supplier.
